A typical front yard with little landscape design and sidewalk to house (dead) grass. There are no points of interest and elevation to make this front yard aesthetically pleasing.
The front yard was on a slope, so this made for an opportunity to dress up the curb-side appeal with texture from the retaining wall and add some interest.
We brought in a lot of fill dirt to level the beautiful new lawn, added flower beds and a new tree to the front of this house.
Although a pretty easy job, the results are dramatic.
