This yard was very challenging because there it was tight access for equipment. Although the yard wasn't very deep on the side of the house it was an eyesore. We had a higher fence with the neighbor's yard and not a lot of space to work with.
The previous owner had a lot of poured concrete which we needed to excavate and remove. We removed about 15 to 20 tons of concrete to make space for the new landscape.
We removed the old, tired-looking concrete and dressed it up the entire side yard with beautiful pavers and added a retaining wall also the entire length of the side yard, including steps built into the wall for easy access above the retaining wall.
The final product was beautiful and clean lines, easy to maintain, dressed up the entire yard the homeowner would be proud of.
